Madison-Bellevue Apartments (CORE Design)
The project converted 5.91 acres
of existing recreational open space within an existing apartment complex located at the
intersection NE 8th St. and 156th Avenue in Bellevue, Washington. Additionally, new
utilities consisted of a water main, domestic and fire services, as well as sewer and new
utility connections to existing utilities. On-site storm water was designed to the 2012
City of Bellevue Standards and the 2005 DOE Manual, and consisted of two underground
detention vaults, use of an existing detention pipe, conveyances, and water quality
facilities.
